What you are looking at
An early concept build that runs on sample hazard reports in one fixed sample area. Nothing in it is live. Do not use it to make a decision about a real place.
What it shows that the real app does not
Several ideas were tried here and did not survive into the shipping app. If you see them in the prototype, they are not features:
A pre-trip scan. The real app has Trip Packs instead — you save an area and its hazards to your phone for where there is no signal.
Geofenced alerts that follow you. The app has no push notifications at all. Alert Places collect new reports inside the circles you save, and you see them the next time you open the app.
Expert-verified reports. Nothing is expert-verified. Other users can confirm that a hazard is still there, and that is the only corroboration the app offers.
A dynamic risk score. A person picks a severity when they file a report. There is no scoring engine.
It also still mentions a Kickstarter campaign. There is no campaign — the app is finished and going to the App Store.
The real thing
Screens from the actual build are on the home page, and what the app really does is set out in How It Works.
